2nd Gallup Strengths Session with Certified Gallup Coach Julia Lenarczyk

Schedule a one-off strengths coaching session to get a better understanding of your strongest talents.
At the time of the meeting:
• We will look at whether you are using your talents effectively
• Learn what challenges can come with your strongest talents
• You will gain a deeper understanding of the mutual influence and dynamics of your talents
• I will tell you how to manage your talents and how to develop them into strengths

How is the cooperation step by step?
• After purchasing the session, I will ask you by email to send your reports (in TOP5 version - 2 reports, full results - 4 reports) to coaching@julialenarczyk.pl (the price does not include the Gallup test)
• You will then receive a survey to complete and tasks to complete before the meeting - this will allow us to prepare and make better use of the meeting time
• We will meet for a min. 90-minute online session via Zoom.
• After the meeting, I send you additional materials and an exercise.
• We stay in touch by email if you have additional questions about your strongest talents.

3. Test Design Mindset Detector

• What is the difference between Design Mindset DetectorTM and Gallup?
Design Mindset DetectorTM is useful for people whose work is collaborative, requires understanding other people's needs, creating solutions in a dynamic, changing environment, regardless of industry. The report describes those predispositions that are already developed and areas for development. Design Mindset DetectorTM is not just for everyday design people, but for everyone who creates or wants to create products and services that meet the real needs of the audience.
The tool can also be helpful for teams or organizations that combine their development with a Design Thinking approach. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the team makes it easier to plan effective development paths and awaken dormant potentials. The test helps to see the potential of the team or even the entire organization to implement innovative projects or work on Customer Experience.

• When should I take the Design Mindset DetectorTM test? And when is it worth repeating it?
The Design Mindset DetectorTM test is recommended for people who combine their development with the Design Thinking approach. It will be helpful for people who are going to change jobs and plan to specialize in product or service design, as well as taking their first steps in the area of UX Design and Customer Experience. It is worth repeating the test after about 12 months of development or about 6 months after changing jobs.

• How to work with the Design Mindset DetectorTM test?
The test can be purchased in two options: purchase the test itself with a report or purchase the test together with an individual mentoring session and report.
In the first case, the subject fills out a questionnaire, and then receives an individual report by e-mail. The report consists of an introductory part to the issue of Design Mindset, discusses its individual 4 areas and 9 predispositions. In the next part, individual results are presented - this is a graph illustrating all 9 predispositions that make up the individual Design Mindset of the test person and a description of their profile. The main part of the report discusses the predisposition, the results of the test person and gives recommendations for working with a given predisposition. Thanks to the recommendations contained in the report, each person who has undergone the Design Mindset DetectorTM study can independently work on developing the selected predisposition.
The second option to carry out the Design Mindset DetectorTM study is to purchase the test together with an individual mentoring session. In this scenario, after going through the questionnaire, the person undergoing the study arranges for an individual 1.5h online session with an expert. During the session, the expert explains the main assumptions of the Design Mindset, and then goes through the individual elements of the test result, creating space for self-reflection and dialogue, aiming at the best understanding of what constitutes the test results. An important element of the session is the joint determination of the best path of development and recommendations for the development of particular predispositions that the subject considers most relevant in his case. The Clifton Strengths tool (known in Poland as the Gallup test) is designed to identify natural talents. The test is general and not targeted. Thanks to the test, the test person finds out which of the 34 talents are the strongest in him or her. Design Mindset DetectorTM examines specific, curated predispositions that support work in the Design Thinking approach. 9 different predispositions are measured and the results present each on a scale from 1 to 10. The fundamental assumption is that all people have these predispositions, but not all have them equally awakened and developed.
