The market shows us that this is no longer the time for numerous mistakes. The world is changing before our eyes, so it is worth knowing where we invest not only money, but also time and energy.

If I had to choose one thing I would recommend about science, it would be to learn from the best. The human factor acts on us very strongly, however, it is the authorities that can motivate us even more to act.

We know well that motivation is not enough for us to go through this process. Therefore, it is worth considering other benefits of cooperation with the best.

inspiration

The most successful people are often a source of inspiration. Their stories can motivate action and show that achieving high goals is possible through determination, hard work and dedication.Connecting with the best can be a form of reward for us. Neuroscience suggests that the brain rewards us for achieving goals. Learning from the best can be perceived by the brain as achieving a goal, which increases the motivation to act.

Effectiveness

The best in a field often have unique knowledge, experience and skills. Learning from them saves you time because you can benefit from their expert knowledge and experience. Neuroscience indicates that the brain assimilates information better when it is related to specific examples. Success stories of the best can be an effective tool to remember valuable lessons.

Competence building

Observing and imitating the best allows you to develop your own skills. You can identify what specific traits or strategies have contributed to their success and try to implement them in your life or work. Mirror neurons in the brain allow us to mimic the behavior of others. Learning from the best can take advantage of this phenomenon, allowing us to model their behaviors and strategies.

Raising the crossbar

Being in contact with the highest level of achievement in a given field challenges you and makes you strive to reach your own heights. This lifting of the crossbar can be the engine for continuous improvement. Learning new things causes physical changes in the structure of the brain. Contact with the best can stimulate the formation of new synaptic connections, which increases the plasticity of the brain.

Building a network of contacts

By learning from the best, you often have the opportunity to network with people who are successful in a particular industry. This can be valuable, as a network of contacts can contribute to career development or projects. Neuroscience emphasizes that emotions influence the learning process. Contact with the best, especially if they are a source of inspiration, can generate positive emotions that favor a better assimilation of information.

Avoiding mistakes

Studying the experiences of others allows you to avoid mistakes that they have already made. You can use their knowledge to bypass the pitfalls that could delay or hinder the achievement of your own goals. Stress can negatively affect the learning process, observing the best and following their strategies can act as a stress reduction tool by providing a clear model to follow.

However, it is worth remembering that although learning from the best is valuable, it is equally important to adapt the acquired knowledge to your own conditions and context. Every situation is different, and your own creativity and flexibility are key in the process of achieving success.

Understanding how the brain responds to different stimuli can help formulate more effective learning strategies, especially when we are inspired and learn from individuals who have reached the highest level in a given field.
